Appointments
Appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, or longer as we discuss/agree.
Accessibility is a key value of my therapy practice and partly with this in mind I am currently offering online sessions only. Alongside my other training I undertook PESI Telehealth Certification Training for Mental Health Professionals and have complete confidence in this mode of service delivery.
Please also note that appointments are booked on a first come, first served basis. To ensure you get your preferred appointment time it is advisable to book ahead.

Fees
60-minute sessions are $168.00 (unless otherwise agreed)
75-minute sessions are available at the discounted rate of $200 (unless otherwise agreed)
120-minute sessions are available at the discounted rate of $300 (unless otherwise agreed)
Please note that 120-minute sessions are typically reserved / encouraged for first sessions, in accordance with the ISTDP first session "trial therapy" model which will best allow us to together discover whether this modality is a good fit for you.
Appointment fees include all applicable taxes.
I am also a registered First Nations Health Authority provider and am able to offer a sliding fee scale to ensure accessibility to mental healthcare services, particularly for those with marginalized identities.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will need to charge you for the time. Missed appointments will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
